Benefits: By combining Resonant Frequency Breathing (RFB) with digital energy healing in a group setting, you may experience:

  • Deep relaxation, better digestion, more energy & quality sleep
  • Relief from emotional issues (i.e., depression, anxiety)
  • Relief from physical pain (i.e., headaches, muscle tension)

When: Every Monday at 7:30 pm EST
Duration: 40 minutes (one 20-minute meditation)
